Redesign and Repurposing

I am taking time to redesign this blog and bring a new focus and purpose to it.  My passions include understanding leadership and helping people and organizations to be effective in their purpose and calling and understanding global issues and cultural.  I would like to use this blog to share what I am learning in my many leadership roles and to engage in discussion with others about these issues.
